Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 15 February 2025

Welcome to ME Digital Media Ltd. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or engaging with our services.

1. General Terms
These terms apply to all services provided by ME Digital Media Ltd, including author branding, promotional materials, book trailers, and ad management.
By purchasing a service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
ME Digital Media Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services and Deliverables
We provide custom-designed branding, promotional artwork, book trailers, and ad campaign management.
All work is human-created—we do not use artificial intelligence (AI) in our designs or video production.
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment is accepted via secure online methods.
Pricing is subject to change, but confirmed quotes will be honoured for active projects.
Set-up fees for Facebook Ads are a one-time charge and cover audience research and ad preparation.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
If ME Digital Media Ltd is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
Clients may request to cancel a project before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are not available.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear and accurate information, including branding details, images, and text where applicable.
Any delays in communication or failure to supply required materials may affect project turnaround time.
Clients are responsible for final approval of all designs, ads, and trailers before publication. Once approved, any additional changes may incur extra costs.
6. Turnaround Times & Revisions
Estimated lead times vary by project type.
Book trailers typically take 1–2 weeks, subject to feedback and revisions.
Clients will receive an agreed-upon number of revisions; additional revisions may be charged separately.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
ME Digital Media Ltd retains the copyright to all original artwork, videos, and promotional materials until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final designs for personal and commercial purposes.
ME Digital Media Ltd reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, unless a prior agreement states otherwise.
8. Facebook & Social Media Ads
We offer Facebook ad campaign services, which include ad creation, audience research, and management.
Results from advertising campaigns are not guaranteed, as engagement and sales depend on various factors beyond our control.
Clients must adhere to platform policies; we are not responsible for rejected ads due to guideline violations.
9. File Storage & Access
Final project files will be available for 30 days after delivery.
Clients are responsible for saving and backing up their files.
Requests for additional copies after this period may incur an administrative fee.
10. Limitation of Liability
ME Digital Media Ltd is not liable for any loss of revenue, sales, or business resulting from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for technical issues on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook ad performance, website downtime).

11. Use of Client-Supplied Photos & Videos
ME Digital Media Ltd is not responsible for any legal, copyright, or quality-related issues associated with photos or videos supplied by the client.
Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use all materials submitted for their project.
Any images or videos provided must meet quality standards for the intended design or marketing use. Poor-quality assets may affect the final result.
If we identify potential issues with client-supplied materials, we may request replacements, but final responsibility remains with the client.
12. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect client confidentiality and will not share personal or project details without permission.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and protect client information.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal means in the applicable jurisdiction.
